Customer Order and Support SMS
BLOOM ECOM LLC, operating as Spark Dental Co, plans an optional customer SMS program for order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, backorders, and customer-service replies. These messages are not marketing or promotions. Messaging is not active yet. Requests are reviewed manually; submitting a request does not start text messages. After approval and activation, the planned process will send a welcome confirmation before operational messages.
Information we collect and use
When a customer requests enrollment, we collect their name, email address, mobile number and affirmative consent, along with the submission time, source and disclosure version. We use this information to review and manage enrollment, provide support, deliver messages after activation, and maintain consent and opt-out records. We retain these records as needed for these purposes and applicable legal requirements.
SMS information sharing
For information collected for this SMS program: We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. This restriction also applies to sharing with affiliates for marketing purposes and with affiliates or other third parties for promotional purposes. Necessary service providers may process information to support the program and message delivery, and information may be disclosed when required by law.
