Cancellation policy

We work hard to ship orders quickly, so please review the guidelines below for cancelling or changing an order.

Order Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, or anytime before the order is processed/fulfilled (whichever comes first). We cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel once an order is placed, as we work to ship orders quickly!

How to Request a Cancellation
Email us at support@sparkdentalco.com with:
1) Your order number
2) Your request (cancel / change items / update address)
Or send us a TEXT to cancel 1-405-998-0355 (this voicemail box is not monitored on a daily basis! Texts/emails are the best way to contact us for a quick resolution).

If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel or update it and issue a refund (if applicable).

Already Processed/Shipped Orders

Once an order is processed/fulfilled, we may be unable to cancel it. If your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you can request a return after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change an address before the order is processed.


Subscription Cancellations
If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel anytime before your next billing date. To avoid being charged for the next order, cancel at least 24 hours before the next scheduled renewal. Subscription cancellations apply to future shipments only; orders that have already been processed or shipped follow the policy above.

Subscription Cancellation
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
