Gel Kam really works.

This stuff really works! My wife has been suffering with sensitivity of her teeth and gums for a long time but finally got relief after using Gel Kam. She has seen several dentists about it but only one suggested she use Gel Kam. I’m sure I’ll be buying more.

Rod’s secret weapon to fix teeth pain.

Easy to use and quick to apply or around my problem teeth. I use a QTip to apply directly on the base of my two bad teeth. The size tube I purchased will last me one year or longer.

Works well, taste is fine

Definitely works to reduce the sensitivity by remineralizing my teeth. Some people complain about the taste but it seems fine to me, just don't brush it onto your tongue.

Save money

What I paid for this fluoride prevention is the same price I paid at the dentist office. Now I have several or I should say I have many times before I use it up. So now when the dentist wants to do a fluoride treatment I say no and tell them I have the product at home and will perform it there.

Amazing product!!!

This product is super easy to use and helps a lot with tooth sensitivity. My mouth feels extra clean especially since this product is meant to be used after brushing with your regular toothpaste. The taste isn’t bad but I was a little surprised by the texture, which is a lot thinner than a typical toothpaste. I’ve been using this twice a day and the protection and relief last all day. Out of all the products that appeared in the search, this particular one had the highest fluoride content which makes it super effective. I will definitely be repurchasing!

OMG, real relief at last!

OMG, real relief at last!I am so, so grateful. After trying other products, this seems to be the one that is doing the trick. There is nothing so awful as dental pain and I would not wish it on my worst enemy.I developed painful sensitivity after my last cleaning. Confirmed no other issues. Just on two rear teeth. I do have gingivitis and receded gums there from a misspent youth. But frequent cleanings and good habits have kept it all under control.I came home weeks-ago and I suddenly could not drink hot/cold without any pain. And physical chewing could do the same. I tried using de-sensitizing toothpaste and it did not cut it. I learned to factor in 20-30 minutes of useless suffering after any given consumption.I was getting anxious about it. At the very least it was an awful distraction. But really, it was potentially the start of a bad trend as I started to find mitigation in whiskey and pain pills.Gel Kam to the rescue. It started working after the second use. I have been using it nightly ever since just before bed. I just use a dab and do some focused brushing on the problem area. It is a bit more expensive than regular desensitizing toothpaste, but very much worth it IMHO. A little bit goes a long way.If you are struggling with dental pain, this might be your answer. Only you can decide if it is worth your time and effort. I wish you luck with your search.

Works, just doesn’t taste very good!

Good fluoride treatment for sensitivity for those not blessed with good enamel like myself. My teeth do feel much improved from use. Why four stars then? I’m really not crazy on the taste! It’s not the most unpleasant thing imaginable but the amount of times I’ve had to fight myself not to skip using it is racking up. If there is anywhere to improve, it’s the taste.

A Game-Changer for Sensitive Teeth!

My dentist recommended this toothpaste for my sensitive teeth, something I’ve struggled with for quite some time. I’ve never found a product I could truly recommend—until now. He suggested I use it for two weeks, take a couple of weeks off, and then go back to it if the sensitivity continued. At first, I hesitated to spend the money on toothpaste, but I was willing to give it a try. After using it for just one week, I didn’t notice much difference, but by the end of the second week, my teeth were no longer sensitive at all. I haven’t had to go back to it since, and I’m so glad I have this toothpaste in my back pocket for any future sensitivity issues!Another bonus is that this comes in a large tube, so for the price, you’re getting a lot of toothpaste—definitely a great value

WOW, WOW, WOW!!!

I have erosion and sensitivity due to acid reflux which makes my teeth extremely sensitive and rough. So, everything sticks to them. I used fluoride toothpaste, and flouride rinse constantly and it didn't seem to make a difference. The very first time I used this, my teeth were so smooth, it almost felt like I just came from the dentist. You know that clean feeling, where you don't even want to eat because it'll ruin the smoothness and cleanliness. I've been using it for 2 weeks and it just keeps getting better. The rough spots where food used to stick immediately, almost all gone. And the sensitivity has decreased amazingly. I only use the fluoride once per day so the sensitivity takes more time to dissipate, if I used it more, I think it would be almost nil. The taste is very mild and doesn't burn like so many pastes, gels and rinses do. This stuff is a miracle in a tube!! Its a great value but it is not toothpaste! You have to brush before using it. I floss then I brush using baking soda to neutralize the acids in my mouth, then I use Colgate Total, then I use this Colgate fluoride gel. I can't get over the difference in pain and smoothness since using this product. My only wish is to change the tube to a pump. The product is very runny so it can work to coat between and around the teeth and with the tube, it drips all over the counter when you lay the tube down to brush. If you put your brush down to put the cap on the tube, all the fluoride drops off your brush. But the product itself, I wouldn't want it changed for anything. Like I said WOW, WOW, WOW!!!

Customer Review
Very helpful for sensitive teeth

For whatever reason, my teeth are more sensitive than they used to be. I don't know why. I'm getting old. Who knows. I'd been using Sensodyne which helped a bit, but not enough. I read that fluoride can make a difference for sensitive teeth, which is how I ended up finding this product. And boy, does it. The first time I used it, I felt that familiar ache and thought, "this is unpleasant." But the end of the week, I thought, "how did I ever do without this stuff?" The difference was amazing. It's easy to use - just put it on a toothbrush and gently brush all of your teeth to coat them and don't drink/eat for an hour. The taste is...fine. Like, I wouldn't choose to eat something that tasted like this gel but it's fine for what it is. I used it every night for the first week, then maybe two or three times for the following month. Now I use it about once a week, maybe less, to maintain the results. Amazing! No teeth aches anymore! Well worth the money and will definitely repurchase.

really good. doesn't stick as long as i'd like.

people should really consider using more you can wipe it on your teeth at night. It would be better if we had a proper varnish.i don't really get cavities, but as you get older trust me your teeth start to just wear out. it starts with fillings and then now you really need to be careful because those allow bacteria to get in over time.I don't personally think people think about this kind of stuff enough. if you're reading this it's probably not you, but fluoride is known to work quite well to stop bacteria and strengthen teeth. This is a big deal.you should probably do the following- get a grinding guard- use fluoride, and even better if you can find a good varnish- brush, gently and floss.-clean your teeth gently after eating.- I'd also recommend a water pick. in addition to floss. I have had a dentist say all you need is floss, but all i need to do is look at what i can do with a piece of floss alone and then see what a water pick can do and know they are complimentary. i mean floss is going to pull of things because it can really get a little abrasion, but you just can't reach everything. I also add a little of the fluoride gen to the water so when the gets up in the gums some of the fluoride stays up there.fi you don't have fluoride in your water, you don't get flouride from the inside out basically. It actually penetrates both ways which makes extra precautions even more important.

Great For SensitiveTeeth!

This is a must if u have sensitive teeth or have had a lot of wrk done over the yrs, has lots of fluoride. I’ve known of this product from wrking in the dental field for yrs, was a lic dental assistant (RDA, RDAEF and managed) and knew the Benefits of using Gel Kam. I experience a lot of pain when eating cold foods, caused by grinding my teeth for yrs and altho I use toothpaste for sensitive teeth~ I only found real relief after using this. It’s takes a cpl of days to feel a big differ but, it absolutely wrks. Let me just put it out there~ this will not help pain caused by a cavity, only helpful for those w/ overall sensitivity or those w/ an areas where u have gum recession~ caused by those who have brushed too hard over the yrs. I gave presentation a score 3/5 ⭐️ ~ the box that the tube comes in was squished during shipping, only bcuz it was sent in an envelope. To be honest, a squished box does not bother me, I’d rather items be mailed using least amt of packaging possible. I’m just happy/grateful that tube didn’t bust open, wld have been a mess. I also gave flavor 4/5 ⭐️, it’s got a slight minty taste, but there’s just something about the flavor that isn’t all that great but it does the job. The value, gave 5/5 ⭐️ Its not cheap but u’ll think it’s worth every penny when u r able drink ur fav cold beverage or able to enjoy a little ice cream once in a while.Happy Brushing!

Smells skunky, tastes funky!

Just started using it a couple weeks ago, so it's too soon to tell if it helps or not. It's a 10-dollar investment towards maintaining healthier teeth, so it's worth the gamble. I'll know more at my next checkup, in about 5 months. It has a weird smell ... reminds me of very weak skunk spray. The taste is acceptable - not disgusting, but not pleasant. Nothing close to what I'd describe as "mint" though. Sort of how I'd expect moldy bread to taste . The first time I used it, my mouth had a very "dry" feeling, especially my tongue, almost like all the moisture was sucked away. That didn't happen with subsequent use. No burning, no canker sores, no staining, etc. so far. As others have mentioned, it has a very *very* runny consistency. More liquid than 'gel'. It will run off your toothbrush as soon as you apply it. I use my Sonicare to brush my teeth (w/Colgate Gum Detoxify), then a regular soft bristle toothbrush for this. It is not a toothpaste. It is not meant to replace normal toothpaste. You "apply" it more so than "brush" with it. I'll continue to use it unless my dentist says otherwise.

Helped remedy my toothache

UPDATE: Still using this product after 2 years and really happy to have bought it. My teeth are still sensitive despite not having cavities and this continues to help it out. I eat a bit better to help myself out but when I don't, this helps out in about 3 days when I get tooth pain sensitivity that doesn't seem to go away. I currently use it once a day at night and this seems to be enough for what I do. If I don't eat too much corrosive foods (sugar crystals, lemon juice/acids, etc) I don't feel any issues in my teeth, however, I can tell when I was in the habit of using it twice a day, my teeth had less chance of becoming sensitive. Have noticed no negative side effects after 2 years of use and will continue to buy this for daily use.ORIGINAL:I purchased this product after reading the reviews of how it helped keep cavities at bay. I had gotten a really bad toothache, after eating sugar coated candied belts for half a week, that wouldn't seem to go away. After a week I got worried that the pain was still there and in a last ditch attempt, I purchased this product after researching toothpastes and reading the reviews. After 3 days of using this morning and night, my toothache disappeared completely. The candied belts are still a bit sensitive for me, but using this product at night after eating them leaves no pain the next morning. I did notice some of my skin peeling in my gums and under my tongue so I toned it down to using it at night only but recently I have started up again using it both morning and night and have had no such issue. The peeling might have been damage from all that sugar I was eating (which I'm not currently doing any longer) or my mouth just needed to get used to the new toothpaste. Either way, once or twice a day, it is working for me and my teeth. I am also extremely prone to mouth ulcers on my inner lip area after accidentally biting myself while chewing. Normally the sore appears in 2-3 days if I accidentally continuously bite the same area, but after using this morning and night, I finally don't have to worry about those sores anymore. (To be overly precautious, I also used mouthwash after brushing and before using the Gel-Kam) I would definitely recommend this to anyone having toothache/cavity pain or problems with mouth ulcers.
