1. Brush and floss teeth as normal.
2. Blot dry surface of the teeth.
3. Retract the lips and apply a thin layer of Pola Luminate.
4. After application do not let your lips touch your teeth for 30 seconds.
5. Leave on teeth for 30 minutes. Do not eat or drink during this time. Alternatively, apply before bed and leave on overnight.
6. Remove Pola Luminate by brushing teeth after treatment time.
7. Use twice a day for 14 days.
