I used my gel for two weeks straight, one hour a day, and I noticed a considerable difference in my teeth. I’m going to do touch ups every few months since I am a coffee drinker. Need to stay stocked up on the gel.

Easy to use, and works very well. Just be careful not to get it on your gums, because it will turn them white! The color returns after some time. I just placed a small amount on whitening trays and left them on for a few minutes. Make sure it's a product you can use by talking to your dentist first.
Same brand the dentist sells for four times the price.

I read in some of the reviews that this would not stay on a person's teeth. However, this is made to use WITH bleaching trays and not alone. I usually use it while sleeping.
